Frequently Asked Questions

General Questions
Do you accept insurance?
No, we do not. The healthcare system is broken, and insurance companies play a big role in that. We charge by the hour, and a retainer may be required in advance to secure our services. Our hourly rate is fairly reasonable given our years of experience. We can discuss our rates at the initial no-cost consultation.
What services do you provide?
There are many services we offer. We can provide second opinions and advocacy. We can discuss your case with your physicians (with your written permission, of course). We can review your medical files to assist with your care. We can provide guidance on treatment options. This is by no means an exhaustive list.
Do you provide consultation services for children?
No, our consultation service is for adults aged 18 and older.
How do I know if you can help me with my medical concern?
You won’t know. That is why we offer an initial no-cost appointment to see if our services are the right fit for your medical needs.
Do you provide primary and urgent care?
No. We have many years of experience in primary care medicine, but this is a consultation service focused on helping guide patients with new or challenging medical conditions.
